Drive a Mile for A Vet Event | Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Tucson

Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Tucson and 97.1 KPLX are teaming up this November and December for our “Drive a Mile for a Veteran” event that will benefit The Arizona Fisher House.

From November 11^th-December 20^th, Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Tucson will donate $5 for every test drive taken to The Arizona Fisher House. The funds will go toward construction of the facility.

The Arizona Fisher House will be located on the Veteran’s Hospital campus and is a place for families to stay while a Veteran member of their family is receiving treatment at the hospital.

“We understand that having family by your side when undergoing medical treatment can be critical to recovery, and it’s of the utmost importance that these soldiers feel supported during tough times,” said Larry Watts, General Manager of Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Tucson. “We are proud to offer our support to the Fisher House Foundation to assist in securing a location in Tucson so that veterans treated here may be with their families. With the assistance of KLPX and the community, we believe that we can do great things for this organization.”
